Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets
    1 medium onion
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. half and half cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cool potatoes.
    Peel and cube.
    Place in a 12 x 12-inch casserole.
    Grate onion and spread over potatoes.
    Mix sour cream, chicken broth, half and half cream, salt, pepper and margarine in a saucepan.
    Heat and mix well.
    Pour over potatoes and onion in casserole.
    Spread one 8 ounce package Cheddar cheese over casserole.
    Mix 1/4 cup margarine and 3/4 cup crushed cornflakes. Spread on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
