Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    1 small box lemon jello
    1 small box orange jello
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3/4 box large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    Cheddar cheese, grated, for garnish
Preparation
    Drain juice off of oranges.
    Bring juice to boil and dissolve jello.
    Add oranges and crushed pineapple.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and chill overnight.
    Next morning, whip the Cool Whip and mayonnaise to top jello.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
