Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small yellow onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. diced and peeled potatoes
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in saucepan over moderate heat 5 minutes until limp. Add potatoes, chicken broth, salt and celery salt. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until potatoes are nearly tender. Add milk and pepper. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes until potatoes are done.
