Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together approximately 5 seconds.
    Pour into buttered 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon.
    Add coconut if you like.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
