Finney'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes, peeled
    1 qt. Hellmann's mayo
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 jar pimento
    mustard to taste
Preparation
    Cube and boil potatoes.
    Drain.
    Add mayo.
    Whip with mixer until smooth.
    Add onion, bell pepper, pimento and mustard.
