Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (1 medium potato to a cup)
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
