One Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the shortening and sugar together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Great with fresh strawberries.
