Batter Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. wieners
Preparation
-
Mix together in order given and dip wieners into batter.
Fry in deep fat until brown.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with mustard and catsup.
