Italian Vegetable Combo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking spray
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 zucchini, sliced thin
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (3 oz.) jar bacon bits
    3 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; add oil and place over medium heat until hot.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add corn, tomato, basil and pepper.
    Stir-fry 1 minute longer or until thoroughly heated.
    Stir in bacon bits and cheese. Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
