Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except vanilla in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce to medium heat. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.
