Breakfast Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. corn meal
    3 c. whole-wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cane molasses
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Heat the milk; add molasses. Mix with dry ingredients.
    Bake in shallow pan in moderate oven. Grind and toast like grapenuts.
