Mashed Potatoes Plus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese spread
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash potatoes, then add remaining items.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour if refrigerated.
    If baked as made, bake for 30 minutes.
