Tuna Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, drained
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 can English peas
    2 c. mashed potatoes, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter for top of casserole
Preparation
    Melt 4 tablespoons butter.
    Add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk slowly.
    Stir all the time until mixture is bubbly. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes.
    Add salt, pepper, tuna, peas and onions.
    Continue cooking until onions soften.
    Place in baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes, dot with butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until top is brown.
