Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1/2 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 cup finely chopped onion in one tablespoon margarine until tender.
    Add to rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into small balls.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons of margarine, then pour one can cream of mushroom soup over meat balls.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    (Thicken slightly for gravy.)
