Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits or chunks (drain juice)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, finely grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
    30 Ritz crackers or butter flavored crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In a bowl, mix pineapple, flour and sugar. Stir in cheese and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Mix crackers and margarine. Put on top of other ingredients. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
