Basic Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. meat (beef or chicken)
4 vegetables
1 tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. bottled stir-fry
salt and pepper
ginger
carrots, celery, broccoli, onions, mushrooms, snowpeas, peppers, etc.
Preparation

Cut meat into bite size pieces.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and ginger.
Toss with soy sauce and set aside to marinate.
