Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. Italian style fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 (30 oz.) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 large can mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Mix well.
Make into balls. Brown and drain.
Put a thin layer of spahetti sauce in bottom of baking dish.
Add meatballs, top with mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese.
Add remaining spaghetti sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
Serve with noodles.
