Polish Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1/4 c. dried parsley or 1/2 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 red onions
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Shred cabbage thin.
    Place in bowl.
    Slice onions very thin into rings.
    Sprinkle parsley over cabbage.
    Mix all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
    Mix oil and vinegar in a jar and shake well (oil and vinegar mix better if shaken together before adding sugar).
    Add sugar, again shake the ingredients together. After mixing well, chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
