Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. diced cheese (Velveeta)
Preparation
    Cook and dice potatoes.
    Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
    Add cheese until it is melted and well mixed.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
