Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mixed vegetables
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. celery
    1 pkg. (sleeve) Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook vegetables; drain. Mix other ingredients and crumble crackers on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
