Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in strips
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1 medium carrot, sliced
    1/2 medium green or red pepper, cut in strips
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. vinegar
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken over medium-high heat.
    Combine onion soup mix with cornstarch, ginger, water, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Pour this mixture into skillet.
    Add vegetables. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered, until sauce is thickened.
    Serve over hot rice.
