Crunchy Coated Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (optional)
    1 c. cornflakes
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse the chicken under cold water; pat dry with a paper towel.
    Melt the butter or margarine in a shallow roasting pan or casserole dish in the oven.
    This will only take a minute or so.
