Party Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 strips bacon
salt and pepper
1 pkg. chipped dried beef slices
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in half.
Roll and wrap each rolled breast with one strip of cooked bacon (do not allow bacon to get crisp). Secure with toothpick.
Pepper to taste.
Place in greased casserole that has been lined with slices of dried beef.
Mix sour cream and soup; pour over chicken.
