Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 potatoes
2 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix flour and cheese.
Cut unpeeled potatoes into bite size pieces.
Melt butter on cookie sheet. Shake potatoes in flour mixture using plastic bag or bowl with lid.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Stir once.
