Chris' Lemon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 c. whole milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 small or 3 large eggs, separated
    1 large lemon, juiced and rind grated
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients with egg yolks.
    Add juice and grated rind of lemon to this mixture.
    Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into mixture.
    Place into spring pan and bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 3/4 hour, until top has raised and is golden brown.
