Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. shredded, cooked chicken or turkey
    2/3 c. salsa
    1/3 c. green onions
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 (7 to 8-inch) tortillas
    olive oil spray
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine chicken, salsa, onions, chili powder and salt in a saucepan; simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated.
