Father George'S Kielbasi Kaper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fresh kielbasi (buy from a good Polish butcher, Rapacki in Mineola on Jericho Tpke.)
    3 lb. fresh sauerkraut
    1 onion, minced
    garlic powder (a shake or 2)
    paprika (a dash)
    poppy seed
Preparation
    You will need a large pot and 2-inch baking pan.
