Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken strips
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can pineapple tidbits
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Flour chicken strips and saute in large skillet.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Add brown sugar, corn starch, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
Stir until thick.
Add chicken to sauce and simmer until all is hot.
I sometimes add small can of pineapple juice to make larger amount of sauce.
Serve over rice.
