Ingredients

1 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt 1 cup sugar in a 9-inch cake pan until golden color. Coat bottom and sides with sugar caramel.
In blender, combine eggs, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Blend. Pour mixture into caramelized pan.
Place pan into a pan of water and bake about 1 hour.
Cool and invert.
