Foxy Steak Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. crushed red hot pepper flakes
    12 oz. boneless sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
    8 cherry tomatoes
    4 large mushrooms, cut in half
    1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut in 8 squares
Preparation
    In a shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, lemon peel and red hot pepper flakes.
    Mix well.
    Add beef.
    Stir to coat.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
