Mustardy Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size new potatoes
    boiling salted water
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. cooked sm. sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    snipped chives or parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cook in boiling, salted water until just cool enough to handle.
    Peel.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    In a large frying pan, cook onion in heated butter until soft.
    Add sausage slices.
    Cook, stirring often, until lightly browned.
    Mix in mustard, salt and cream.
    Bring to boiling.
    Lightly mix in tomatoes and potatoes. Cover.
    Cook over medium heat until potatoes are heated through, 3 to 5 minutes.
