Strawberry-Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. strawberries, hulled and crushed
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    lettuce leaves
    sliced strawberries (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese and honey. Blend well. Add strawberries and pineapple.
    Blend well.
    Pour into freezer tray. Freeze 2 hours.
    Cut into 4 portions.
    Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with sliced strawberries, if desired.
