Minnesota Rhubarb Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    rhubarb
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Slice a layer of rhubarb 2 inches thick into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish and pour first 4 ingredients over it.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the first part.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
