Chilly Day Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 can cream of potato soup
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter or oleo in a saucepan.
    Add; cover and simmer for 20 minutes the onions and carrots.
    Stir remaining ingredients in and heat to serving temperature.
