Potato Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 large potatoes, diced
1/3 c. onion, diced
1 small carrot, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
homemade noodles, cut small
1/2 lb. crisp bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes, onions, carrots, garlic salt and celery seed until potatoes are done.
Add enough water to cook noodles.
When noodles are done, add bacon, parsley and milk.
Cook until steaming, then serve.
Season to taste.
Do not let soup boil after adding milk so it will not curdle.
