Pansit(Philippine Rice Noodle) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 c. chicken cubes, shrimp or pork
    1 c. julienned carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. or 1 small pkg. snow peas
    1 to 2 c. julienned Chinese cabbage
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. oyster flavored sauce
    salt and white pepper to taste
    1 pkg. rice noodles, soaked in water to soften and drained
Preparation
    Saute garlic and onion in oil.
    Add chicken or preferred meat. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, then vegies until crispy cooked (carrots, celery, cabbage, cilantro, snow peas).
    Add rice noodles; mix and cook for 5 minutes or until done.
    If juice is not enough to cook noodles, may add broth or water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
