Cheesy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 5 oz. each)
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 c. Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Pound chicken breasts to flatten.
    Combine mustard and wine in shallow dish; stir to blend.
    In another shallow dish, combine bread crumbs and cheese.
    Toss to mix. Lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick vegetable spray.
    Dip chicken into the mustard mixture, turning to coat both sides. Dredge chicken in crumbs to coat well.
    Place on baking sheet. Coat all chicken breasts.
    Bake 8 minutes.
    If crumbs aren't brown enough, place under broiler for 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
