Tony'S Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced bell pepper
    2 c. diced white onions
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. sliced okra
    1 chicken
    1 lb. link sausage
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. powdered garlic
    salt to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 qt. water (optional)
    3 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 lb. crabmeat
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken (canned chicken meat and broth may be used).
    Set aside.
    In a large pot or skillet, heat oil and add flour to make roux.
    Stir while browning until very brown, almost burned.
    Add water and stir.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover; let cook for 30 minutes on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add more water, if needed.
