Chocolate Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    5 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 box powdered sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate over low heat.
    Add milk and sugar alternately. Stir until thickened.
    Add salt and vanilla and cool. Store in refrigerator.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
    Excellent over ice cream, cake or use as a fondue.
