Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter.
    Slowly add sugar, milk and salt. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
    Slowly add condensed milk and stir well.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Let stand until thickened.
    Store in a covered jar in the fridge.
    (It goes well with my Poppa's homemade ice cream!)
