Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size cooking apples
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. old fashioned or quick cooking oats, uncooked
    6 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples.
    Place apple slices in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium size bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats and butter.
    Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over apple slices.
    Bake 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
    Serve warm or refrigerate to serve later.
    Delicious with ice cream.
