Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. rice
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oil in big pot.
    Add salt.
    Brown rice until it looks like crystals.
    Add boiling water.
    Cover pot.
    Lower stove flame to nearly off.
    Rice will be ready in 20 minutes.
