Stompolst - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. Polish sausage or kielbasa
5 lb. potatoes
1 pkg. frozen spinach
grated Cheddar cheese
mustard
butter
seasoned salt
pepper
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes until tender.
While they are cooking, prepare spinach according to package directions.
Drain well, then press out any remaining water.
Drain water off potatoes, then mash with a potato masher.
Do not use a mixer.
Combine with spinach and stir thoroughly.
Top with cooked sausage which has been cut into large chunks.
At the table, each person tops his serving of Stompolst with the desired amount of butter, mustard, cheese and salt and pepper.
