Almond Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust (cinnamon graham)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Prepare crust and chill.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add 2/3 cup sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Beat all together until smooth.
    Stir in almond extract and pour into crust.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
