Beef Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mushroom soup and water.
    Form meatballs the size of a walnut and arrange in baking dish.
    Mix mushroom soup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
