German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bacon fat
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar (white)
2 whole lemons
2 to 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 c. olive oil
1 heaping tsp. salt
1 large pod garlic (all cloves)
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

You will need a large jar with lid.
Add all the ingredients, crushing the garlic with a press.
Before serving, add Parmesan cheese.
Serve over crisped romaine lettuce.
No tomatoes necessary!
