Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Separate eggs and reserve egg whites in separate bowl.
Cream shortening, 1 cup sugar, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Whip egg whites until stiff and fold in. Roll blueberries in flour and fold in.
Grease and flour pan, 13 x 9-inch.
Pour batter in pan and sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over top of mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick clean.
