Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Melt margarine; blend in flour.
    Add milk; cook and stir until thick.
    Add salt, pepper, onion and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
    Mix sauce with macaroni.
    Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
