Lobster Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seafood (crab, shrimp or lobster)
    1 red apple, finely diced (unpeeled)
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. cream or half and half
    1 c. corn flakes
Preparation
    Sprinkle seafood and apple with curry; brown in melted butter. Put cooked rice in bottom of greased casserole.
    Spoon lobster mixture over rice.
    Combine mushroom soup with cream; pour over lobster.
    Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
