Mustard Glazed Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can (1 lb.) sliced peaches, drained
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin orange segments, drained
    2 medium bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in sugar and mustard.
    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in fruits. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until all fruits are heated through.
    Serve warm with ham, turkey, pork or cold cuts.
